Ritual of the Cosmic Rainbow Heart

In the Ritual of the Cosmic Rainbow Heart, you will bring Muses to life by reflecting on the real people, places, things, and epiphanies that have demonstrated their essential qualities. 

The Ritual of the Cosmic Rainbow Heart has 3 steps: Muse, Meditate, Make:

1. Muse A Muse is a source of inspiration. You will begin by reading a chapter about a Muse and connecting with its spirit.

2. Meditate You'll listen to a somatic meditation, focusing your attention on this Muse to see what arises in your body and mind.

3. Make You will color your Cosmic Rainbow Heart to synthesize what came up in your Musing and Meditating. You can draw pictures on the front and write them a “love letter” on the back.
